Impotents of Exercise


Fitness is important in many aspects of life. It is the key to good health, which affects how you live your life. It also comes useful in many other ways in life. Fitness is the key to good health. Along with eating healthy, exercising every day can keep your body fit and reduce your chances of heart attack or stroke. A healthy body also usually means a longer and more enjoyable life, without worrying about obesity related and other illnesses, like diabetes and asthma and can make you feel younger and more active.


If you think cutting down on fries, burgers, cheese and cakes is difficult, exercise is even tougher But that is life. What comes easily? You have to balance your daily intakes of physical exercises with healthy diet, oral and health care, enough sleep and relaxation. Everything starts with you. You need to have faith in yourself and set your goals right. Stick with it and never give up. All the hardship and patience will pay off for you as physical fitness will offer you with more energy and allow you to have the benefit of your life fruitfully. To achieve that is not that difficult. You do not have to win a gold medal to achieve it. Just keep your exercises safe through effective method to improve your blood circulation, your lungs, heart and muscle growth.

Cool, your blog is reminding me my teenage time, have I ever told you that I was the ice hockey champion back to my school days?!! It sounds funny but I was the real symbol of motivation among my class mates since I used to spend over 30 hours a week for that. Day after day time passes away, that’s the challenge of life. Try to write down some good factors that you have implemented through your own life which have made you motivated enough to not stop your exercise, maybe I may get my past motivation to start it up.

Well,fitness is not just keep ourself fit but also keep us healthy physically and mentally.In my opinion,there are nothing comes easily in this world,therefore we not just go for exercise but also avoid from taking oily and unhealthy food. Usually people go for fitness with a goal to achieve and change but it doesn't last long.Once reached the achievement,we stop exercise and we start exercise again with the same goals after 6 months later.This won't helps us to maintain our health and body.However, exercise can be done in many ways like yoga and dance at home, running and cycling at the street and sports at the field.It just whether we want to start it or not one day.

As we all know that fitness is the key to good health, but how many people actually practice it? It is not easy to maintain good health when there are so many temptations around us. For example like McDonalds. How many of us actually look into the effects of having such high calorie food? We never did because by eating McDonalds, it saves time and as we know that people are always rushing when it come to lunchtime. The side effects of having fast foods are as what you have mentioned some of them like obesity, high blood pressure and many more.
I do agree with Ayesha where it all depends on whether the individual takes his/her health seriously or not. Fitness has to start with the individual’s own determination of maintaining his/her good health. And I also agree where having a health body also leads to a longer and more enjoyable life.

I agree that exercise is important , and from my point of view is when i was in high school i was the captain of my Futsal team and when ever i get injured its hard for me to get my fitness back , i would get out of shape and would get tired easily and from every point on if i do get injured i would make a promise that i would still exercise a little so that i would still be in shape , exercise is good and all of us should practice it more often so that they would be more healthy people living than sick ones !

Fitness is definitely important in our life that not only for our health but also to build our self confident. Besides, exercise also helps reduce stress and improves our personal performance. For people that is over weight, exercise helps you control your weight and body shape. Finally, team sports such as football or basketball can improve our social life.

I really agree with what Ee Lynn said, it is not that easy to maintain good health when there are so many temptations around us. Temptation is only one of so many reason why so hard for people to have good health, such as for working people. They so busy with their work every day and when they have off day, they always want to enjoy it and feel relax so they feel lazy to do exercise to maintain their health. Everybody wants to maintain their health but sometimes to do so is not that easy.

Well my friend this nice topic to discuss about in today's world health is really an important issue. Today each and every youngster wants to have a fit and healthy body but not all of them are able to do so as elyn said it is not easy to maintain good health when there are so many temptations around us the best example of it can be taken as America. American they usually don’t cook at home they believe in modern life so instead of cooking at home they eat outside which obviously is junk food also they have a busy life so they don’t have time to cook at home and eat outside junk foods during their break time. This is why now American are facing problem related with fats. Also maintaining an healthy body is not easy one have to do regular exercise like I remember my teenage where my father forced me to join Fitness Club but I was not able to maintain my routine as because exam time and problem with exercise is that once you have stopped doing it one will really bored to start again to keep my body fit I tried everything first I started with Gymnastic than I got bored with it and joined Yoga classes but tired with that also and started body building and now nothing so as I was saying it is really difficult to maintain routine with busy life.

To add to what u mentioned here, having a healthy mind contributes to our well-being and its worth mentioning that healthy minded people are also physically fit and being physically fit requires constant exercise to elimimate some of the waste products by sweating. I would like to end by saying, whatever you do, don't do it at the detriment of your body because the repercussion can be drastic or at times deathly.

very good topic,exercise is very inportant for verybody.and it's good for our health and good for the body.i do the fitness one week 3 times and after you didt the exercise it's feel very good and if you want to loss weight or want to have good health i suggest do more exercise

Bro, by just looking at Arnold Shwarzenegger’s picture, I really want to stand up from my spot and go to any of the fitness centers to sign up and start working out!! Fitness is truly important in many aspects of lifae, I would suggest everybody to exercise at least 2 times a week!! Do 10 to 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups, and some “abs” exercises 3, 4 times a week with no failure and you will see the difference within you in 3 month time.
