Bodybuilders Experience

Every bodybuilder has the best intentions to use that gym membership effectively. To get that buff, toned-up body that makes heads turn. Sometimes it's difficult to take the first steps towards real fitness; there is always so much else to do. The gym can be a pretty intimidating place anyway. It allows us to creatively explore the major issues of our waking hours. But imagine what we could achieve if we had more control over our dreams? If we could be aware of our dreams and alter events; be able to go back into and carry on the dream or even use the creativity of our dreams to enhance our lives; how wonderful would that be?

Bodybuilder Dream Explorer's Pack special hypnosis bundle will help you release your ability to control dreams. Each session lasts for just under an hour and together they're designed so that you'll be in full control of your dreams and learn what you need from them, as well as being able to direct them to your needs. For the most part, lifting weights, doing aerobic exercises and overall physical activity can be very effective to keep depression away and help with a cheerful outlook. Although sometimes things don't always come out the way we expect them to and our mood can swing up and down, even with proper exercise.

Anyone that's lifted weights for a period of time has hit that proverbial "wall" where it just feels like you can't make any progress. Or sometimes there can be a period of time where one feels "burnt out" or just tired of lifting weights. If these feelings last longer than three weeks, these could be signs of depression. I've talked to lots of bodybuilders and found something that may offer a quick "real" solution. If you're feeling tired, unexplained sadness, or you don't want to work out or you just feel like you're not making any progress in the gym.

Hey man, great issue to mention, but let me add on some thing different that you may not agree with me. Let me ask yourself. Have you noticed that, when you don’t go to gym for couple of weeks you feel so aggressive, depressed and irritated from the life? That’s the think I want to discuss, people who spend a lot for this activity (body building) they produce the hormone called Adrenalin during the exercise, just picture it, Adrenalin for the long term may affect on the blood circulation and gives blood the feeling like addiction to the specific drug and once you stop after a while due to the poor circulation of your blood you feel like aggressive, irritated, and annoyed out of life because there is not the high concentration of adrenaline in your blood as it used to be for the long time. So my advice as a friend is to not overdo this but don’t stop it neither.

Until now, I still do not understand why it's so important to build our body and become bodybuilder? I think to keep our body healthy and do some exercise is enough.

Hey my friend, i do agree with Mr Brad. The most important thing is that we must have a balance but not over do the fitness training but maintain it.
Hey Nella, in my opinion, it is quite a important thing for a guy to build up their body. For many me, a guy look cool when he is full of muscle.

Eason, I guy is no more cool when the body is not build up naturally. There would not be not big buffs popping up when there are no supplements involved. I would say it is a topic that there are not much things to write about. A balance diet with exercise is always needed. Drinking plenty of water and taking more fruits will help maintain our body but of course with exercise. The exercise shouldn't be overdone.
In the other hand, I certainly cannot ignore the experience of a body builder. Different people have their aims in life and maybe this is the dreams of those body builders.

body building is a sport or a hobby to some people might be fun , but to me i have never like doing weights or
working out general , even though i play a lot of sports ,body building doesn't attract me that much , i have a short attention span i would work out for 15 minutes then i would stop if i work longer is usually to impress the girl next to me !

Bardia, i never felt aggresive, depressed or irritated. You got some issues dude! Not everybody can be a body builder, because it takes hard work, endurance and alot of sacrifices. It's a great experience though; you make new friends in the process, feel more healthy, and your marketing power with the girls increases!!

Erm, no disrespect, but some people really need to see Ms. BEH

Dude, I did not get the precise point of your article...And to be honest, there is nothing to comment about in this article (in my opinion), it may be because there is no specific question asked..try to improve on it...

First Eric why are you running away and commenting with another username, 'be a man and comment using ur real username'

One anonymous bodybuilder spoke about his experience and said:
'I love the feeling of being in shape. It is not easy but it is a way of life. Most things in life you cannot really control. You can control your body and actually see the results. It is motivating when you see improvements in your physique. That is one of the things that drive me.'

For me i like watching bodybuilders showing off on stage specially in competition but sometimes i feel gross or disgusted when seeing over rated bodybuilders. Well this is their profession so we cant say nothing about it and is not easy to become one like them.

I think, its not necessary for everyone to do bodybuilding, if someone wants to keep body healthy and fit normal exercise can help, there is no special importune to do bodybuilding.

Please Eason, guys doesn't look cool with the big buffs popping out at their body.As Anuar said about his experienced, guys may impressed girls by doing exercise or involve yourself in sports like rugby, football, and badminton. This shows that you are really care about your health and not to show off. Moreover,I would agree that it is not easy to be a bodybuilder nor any other sports and training. However, putting an effort by eating healthy food, sleep well, drink a lots of water and exercise to gain healthy body is enough and it is not necessity for everyone to do body building.
